I am finding that this lap sitting thing is becoming a very addicting habit.
I now even take my baths while sitting on Bernie's lap.
I avoid Blondie's lap though. She fidgets constantly. There is no way I could ever get comfortable on her.

I want to point out that even though I was the first to discover Bernie's lap, I was quick to share my find with my little buddy Hart.
Of course I always get the comfy cozy lap part for myself.
Hart seems OK with making do with Bernie's legs.
I know those legs are kind of bony and hard, but hey, that's the breaks.
What can I say?
Bernie only has one lap.
And I am HIS Faithful Orange Cat.
So of course his lap part is always going to belong to just me.
(PS: You can see in the first picture that Hart was on patrol while I took my bath. All was well with the Iraqi cat situation, so we were both able to take a little R&R lap sitting in before making our next rounds to secure our perimeters. Semper Fi!)

It is true that the other sort of humans fiddels around too much. I find it quite disturbing with my mom too. You are so lucky to have this Bernie-human, he looks very comfy!

Hmmm, Tiggie. I'm not so sure about this lap-sitting thing. I'm still not ready to attempt that. That's too close to being picked up. You and Hart may be comfy there, but don't let your guard down. Methinks Iraqi Cats aren't the only thing out there to worry about.
Nice warm perch you got there.
I especially like the leg extension device. I will have to look into getting one for here, more room to groom.

It would never happen in my house.....two cats on one person at the same time. I think my legs would break from the weight. AHHAAHHAAHAAHAA. Poor Bernie. My thoughts are with him.
Bernie is a top quality cat couch. You both look very comfy on his great lap!

Dear Tiggie....so you've finally realized it - laps are the best parts of those humans! Very warm and comfy. Good for you. But you might let Hart be a lap sitter every once in a while too; after all, he shares the patrol duties with you.
